Terrapin Station

Terrapin Station is a 5,750 square foot home in late planning stages that will replace the existing 2,320 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bath improvement currently on site. The property is 2.3 acres at the end of a well protected, very quiet cul-de-sac on the north facing slope of Brush Creek Village with expansive views of the Roaring Fork Valley and the Red Mountain Ridgeline. Less than 10 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the Ajax Gondola.

The Project's land planner submitted requisite plans with Pitkin County in early 2023 to begin the process of securing Development Rights for a 5,750 square foot home. These entitlements will be complete by summer of 2024.

With entitlements secured, application for a Construction Permit can immediately follow. Based on recent historical time frames with similar efforts, we believe that a construction permit can be in hand by the first quarter of 2025.
